Band Profile: The Lineup

No Expectations, Zero Boring Sets

No Expectations is not just a band; we are the reason guests stay for one more round. We specialize in high-voltage nostalgia, a curated collision of Classic Rock firepower and the 90s/00s anthems everyone screams along to. From the first chord to the final encore, our mission is simple: delete boring from the dictionary and keep the dance floor moving.

The origin story is simple: five friends started jamming in a Hagerstown garage in late 2025 with zero expectations — the name wrote itself. Eight months, fifty songs, and one very patient neighborhood later, the debut era begins on a porch overlooking the vineyard in Rohrersville. Come see where it starts.

Lead Vocals & Frontwoman

Kristi

Kristi does not just sing songs; she sells them. With a voice that handles classic-rock grit and 2000s pop attitude, she is the conduit between band and crowd — and yes, the Porch is literally hers.

Signature vibe: Crowd command and hooks that cut through the noise.

Lead Guitar

Stephen

Stephen brings both texture and temperature. From melodic solos to gritty blues riffs, he adds the wow factor that turns songs into performances.

Signature vibe: High-gain solos and precision riffs with classic-rock attitude.

Guitar

Mike Jensen

Mike locks in groove and layered tone that gives No Expectations its full, radio-ready wall of sound. The Jensen Medley — nine minutes of Led Zeppelin stitched into one monster — is named after him for a reason.

Signature vibe: Tight rhythm pockets, layered tone, and Zeppelin ambitions.

Bass

Curtis Holmes

Curtis lays down low-end law, connecting melody to rhythm and driving movement in every room.

Signature vibe: Low-end glue and groove that make people move.

Drums & Vocals

John Saum

John is the relentless engine behind the kit — right up until the AC/DC block, when he grabs a mic and drives the whole thing from the throne.

Signature vibe: Driving grooves, AC/DC lead vocals, zero dragging sets.
